Belarus, Russia’s Irkutsk Oblast sign plan on cooperation in 2027-2029

Igor Kobzev emphasized that the presidents of the two countries – Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin – had enabled conditions for Belarusian and Russian regions to complement each other through interaction in the space of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
